100% Tinta Fina, from our own vineyards.
Macerated for 23 days and fermented at a controlled temperature of 29°C.
Aged in part-French and American oak barrels for 6 months.
In the glass:
Intense red with deep violet tones. Good depth with blueish tones.
Outstanding fruity aromas typical of the variety, such as blackberries (red fruit), with notes of spice, vanilla, clove and toasted tones from the oak.
IN THE MOUTH:
It is fleshy, full-bodied, well structured, long persistence, balanced and with a good assembly of the wine with the wood. In the aftertaste, the red fruit, toast and spices reappear.
